As a key part of the engine, piston rings are of importance according to our customer requirements and the needs of the engine. No matter how other parts ,such as pistons, liners, are qualified as a quality product, we are aware of the fact that piston rings must have the equal quality. for this reason ,we introduce advanced machine and execute very strict quality control system to make sure the best quality piston rings to be fit on pistons.

Piston
Aluminum alloyed Pistons for diesel and gasoline engines.
Steel piston for high loads engine.
Piston consisting a steel piston head and an aluminum piston skirt for high loads engine.
Within our own facilities and technologies, Henweit has been capable of producing and developing single and double Alfin, cooling gallary, hard anodized and copper bushed pistons with diameters ranging from 50mm up to 200mm for cars,passengers, bus,agricultural, marine and heavy duty applications. Over the years of experience ,Henweit has been using the highest technology and advanced machine to manufacture and develop pistons for its after market and OEM customers. Within this respect, Henweit will continue to follow and surpass the latest technology developments and will keep investing further.

The production line of bearing shell imported from Austria MIBA Co, whose productive frequency 800pcs per hour can manufacture all of half-circle bearing shell made of any material ,with the overall dimension diameter40MM~125mm,wallthickness 1.5~5MM.Bearings play vital roles inside the engine—preventing damage to crankshaft journal surfaces and maintaining correct oil flow and pressure between parts—so installing the correct bearing is critical to achieving maximum component life and lower costs.

LINER
Wet, Dry Standard and semi-finished air and water cooled liners.
Cast iron and steel liners.
Phosphating/Chrome plated liners.
From the very beginning of Henweit manufacturing experience Cylinder liners was our core activity. Within our own facilities Henweit is capable of producing and developing Wet, Dry Standard and semi-finished air and water cooled liners for its aftermarket and OEM customers.We can also produce steel liners.
