Our cylinder liner factory focuses on centrifugal casting & precision machining for heavy‑duty trucks, construction machinery, marine and generator‑set engines.

Full in‑house workflow: centrifugal blank casting, precision machining, induction hardening through to final inspection, guaranteeing stable quality and full traceability.

Different from conventional sand casting, our fully‑automatic centrifugal casting produces dense, low‑porosity blanks with excellent compression and impact performance. Precision honing forms cross‑hatched oil‑retaining texture on inner bore, boosting lubrication and effectively avoiding cylinder scuffing.
