Plant Overview

Founded in 2003, HENWEIT Piston Factory is the core manufacturing base of the HENWEIT brand and one of China's few factories dedicated exclusively to piston R&D and production. Integrating casting, forging, machining and inspection in one plant, we have focused on internal combustion engine pistons for over 20 years.

Annual capacity reaches 2,000,000 aluminum pistons, 100,000 iron pistons and 200,000 steel pistons. We have developed more than 3,000 piston models from Ø65–320 mm (group capability up to Ø420 mm), widely used in agricultural machinery, passenger and commercial vehicles, construction machinery, generators, diesel engines and marine engines.

The plant operates advanced production lines from Germany, the United States and Japan with fully CNC-controlled equipment, and houses aluminum piston casting, steel piston forging and iron piston casting workshops, a machining center, final inspection center and quality inspection center. Our product design, new material application and piston manufacturing have reached internationally advanced levels.
